The uterus is one of the organs that are in the unity of the female reproductive system. The organ is located in the central part of the pelvic cavity, just behind the bladder, in front of the rectum. The uterus is made up of several parts: fundus (upper part), corpus (the main part of the uterus), the isthmus (the portion between corpus and cervix), and cervical (lowest part of the uterus). Rahim had many vital functions in the female reproductive system.
Uterus problems -The medical term is the uterus or uterine function crucial in the process of human reproduction. For example as a result of the fertilization of the ovum by the sperm of the woman’s man (Zygote), which would later develop into a fetus during pregnancy. The uterus will continue to keep outer body disorders of the fetus until ready to be issued upon entering the stage of labor.
In the menstrual cycle, the lining of the inner wall of the uterus (endometrium) has its own role. During the menstrual cycle, the endometrium to thicken according to a regulation of female reproductive hormones. If a woman’s egg cells fertilized by male sperm successfully, then the implantation of the Zygote will occur on the endometrium. Conversely, if no conception, then the endometrium decays that came out as the blood of menstruation. In addition, the uterine muscle also plays a role in birthing, i.e. push the baby out through the vagina.
