3. Chest Press
As with any other exercise, these exercises can tighten the arms, chest, and back. To do this exercise, oblique sit with both feet on the floor, hold each hand. After that, expand your hand and slowly pull your arms towards the chest. Repeat the movement several times.
It is important to remember that this movement should be done after the process of breastfeeding. Better yet, if you do this exercise under the supervision of professional instructors.
